If you signed up for a Free account, then you’re ready to go! Log in and see the great free stuff available to you.

If you signed up for a paid membership, then your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. If you paid via PayPal, you can also Log into your PayPal account to view transaction details. 

Regardless, you can check your status and your account information on the My Account page. Check in with the page titled My Page (under the My Account tab) regularly for any specific messages from me! General messages to all members will be found on the Members Only page (for Free and Paid Members).

The free and/or premium content that is available to you is dependent on your membership plan.

If you want to upgrade your membership, the easiest way is to go to the My Account page, click on Subscriptions, and click on Change Plan at the right-hand side of the column.

You may downgrade or cancel your paid membership at any time by going to the My Account page. Please note that if you cancel before your current term is up, you will not get a refund for any remaining days, but you will have access to the site until the end of the paid term. Also, realize that YOU need to actively cancel your membership to stop the subscription from automatically renewing. 

FYI: Monthly subscriptions are automatically recurring charges. If you subscribed at a discounted rate (e.g., with a special discount code), please note that your monthly subscription will renew at the discounted rate until you cancel your subscription. The special rate is only available while you are an active member of the NEE website. If you cancel your subscription and then wish to rejoin at a later date, your previous discounted rate will no longer apply and you will be charged at the current rate.
